Receipt, printed black on off-white paper, issued by the Commonwealth Health Laboratory, Kalgoorlie, on 25th August, 1931. The name of the issuer and of the signatory, Douglas H.K. Lee, are stamped in purple ink, as is 'M.R.A.' (for Mining Regulation Act, 1906). The sum concerned, 10 shillings, was received from R.C.Young.
