Blue paper miner's medical certificate, headed 'Form'B''/ WESTERN AUSTRALIA./ Mines Regulation Act, 1906./ (Regulation 6b.)/ No. 1088/ 10309' [the latter handwritten]. Dated 25th August, 1931, and signed by medical practitioner Dr. D.H.K. Lee, it certifies that A.C. Young is not suffering from a range of diseases including Tuberculosis, Miners' Phthisis, Subcutaneous Cellulitis ('Miner's beat knee') and Dermatitis ('occupational').
