Photographs of `Pericles' sinking. David Miner was born in Miner's Cottage, next to Strawberry Hill Farm, Albany. He was the first Light House Keeper on Breaksea Island, Albany and also held position as Light House Keeper at Cape Leeuwin, Eclipse Island, Cape Naturaliste, Cape Leveque, Point Charles and Cape Don.
