WOODEN SCRUBBING BOARD

H1992.17

One piece of timber with ridges carved (possibly by hand) down the length of the board. Hole in the top for hanging. Used for scrubbing clothes. The reverse may have been used as a cutting board. Found under a turn-of-the-century house at Shaw St., Coolgardie.
