Section or half model water closet or toilet bowl for trade and / or teaching exhibit. " The / INVICTAS / ( crown ) / JOHNSON BROS / ( HANLEY ) LTD / HANLEY ". This appears to be a fairly early design of washdown closet, similar to toilet bowls still in use. Washdown design was later improved to lessen areas of uncleanable soiling. Impressed in top, rear, outside " 89 / JOHNSON BROS / ( HANLEY ) LTD" See also H91.93 to H91.99
