3 Arched windows. All intricate leadlight designs of geometric shapes and stylised flowers. Each window has a central circular panel consisting of hand painted stained glass each consisting: [.a] Flowers, [.b] Black Swan, [.c] Flowers. Immediately above each circular panel is an etched inscription: [.a] 'ESTABLISHED/ 1851' [.b] 'SWAN RIVER/ MECHANICS/ INSTITUTE' [.c] 'INCORPORATED/ 1896'. Each window is fixed into a wooden frame and is supported by horizontal rods to give rigidity.
