Rectangular copper printing plate for one penny revenue stamps. This is Plate no 2 which replaced Plate no 1, both soon after recalled from London to be done locally. Distinctive feature: Jubilee Lines, introduced in 1887 (Queen Victoria's Jubilee). Two panes of 60 stamps would be printed from it. 'WESTERN AUSTRALIA (swan) INTERNAL REVENUE'.
