"First Aid to the Injured" handbook issued by the St John Ambulance Association. Black hard back edition with St John's Emblem embossed on cover in white. 38th Edition, revised in 1917 & 1928. Inside handbook (?) are four papers, one account from "The Firle Diary" dated 11 Mar 1939, and three receipts from A. Fletcher for milk, dated 17 May 1939.
