Long sleeved shirt of pale lemon yellow poly-cotton; long pointed collar; patch pocket on left breast; 6 pearl-plastic buttons; 1 button on cuff; label 'PERMANENT PRESS/ DACRILENE/ by Rosco/ AMERICAN STYLED/ POLYESTER & COTTON'. Folded in lower half of original packaging, with shop label indicating it was purchased at Freecorn's (Fremantle) in November 1973, at a cost of $5.95.
