Short sleeved shirt, thin stripes of pale blue and orange on brown beige striped ground; medium pointed collar; patch pocket on left breast; 5 pearly-plastic buttons; button trim on sleeve; label 'PERMANENT PRESS/ DACRILENE/ by Rosco/ AMERICAN STYLED/ POLYESTER & COTTON', size 'OS'. Folded and contained in original packaging, with shop label indicating it was purchased from Pellews (Fremantle) in August 1971, at a cost of $4.99.
