Dress of white cotton muslin, machine-embroidered with bands of flowers in white and crimson, with scalloped edges buttonholed in crimson.
a) Bodice: cardigan-style blouse requiring fill-in piece, the edges trimmed with embroidery; gathered at waist for pouched effect; shirred on front shoulders; long full sleeves with flounce at wrist.
b) Skirt: Straight front; gathered, trained at back; 2 bands of embroidery flanking horizontal tucked panel above frill at hem.
