Set of early opera glasses in dark green leather case. Glasses 'pop up' from case when wanted for use and can be folded away and placed in a hand bag like a small purse.
Label 'LA MICNONNE PATENT B TE S.C. (?) D.C. (?)'.
Also known as 'small folding binoculars'. Designed with an integral brown leather case. Date: (on label) c 1890s.
