Grey painted metal casing. Front painted: 'Ron Jenkins' with a star in place of the dot on the 'i'. 'DANCE BAND' in white on a blue band and 'PHONE' in black. Decorated with seven silver stick-on stars. Globe inside box, electric plug and cord at back.
