Black container with blue lining holding button hook and scissors. Scissors do not fit case which probably held a shoe horn to match button hook. Scissors are shaped and decorated to resemble a bird. Button hook handle: Silver, Birmingham, 1906, maker 'WD'.
Scissors: Ref. YESTERDAY'S SHOPPING, 1907 p. 1186: 'BIRD SCISSORS/ 4 1/2 IN/1 shilling'.
