Aqua chiffon, embroidered cream net overlay for cover. (Chiffon appears to form lining.). Flat shape, wooden stick. Handle of yellow and green artificial resin, shaped as a parrot's head, 12cm long.
Ferrule: knob of resin, 2cm long. Metal ribs with resin tips.
