BLACK SILK OPERA CAPE

Main section of lightly padded cut-out floral & scroll design showing silk lining. Gros grain ribbon ties over 3 hook & eye fasteners at neck. Collar of pleated chiffon overlapping to stand up but very deterirated. Hem is two layers of pleated chiffon, lower layer also very split. Velvet ribbon tie attached at inside centre back shaped to a point at the back.
