TURNIP WATCH SILVER

Inscribed: "H.E. HALL, 1780". This watch fell in the showcase on 29 Sep 71 and the enamel dial was damaged. Restored in Conservation Lab. Photograph on accession showed 2 cracks and a flake missing before this. Repaired with araldite incorporating white pigment. New face made of perspex.
