Western Australia are described. Six species are recorded: Austrochthonius easti. sp. nov., Tyrannochthonius butleri, sp. nov., T. brooksi, sp. nov. (Chthoniidae), Ideoblothrus woodi, sp. nov., I. papillon, sp. nov. (Syarinidae) and an undescribed genus and species of Hyidae, The origins of the fauna are discussed.
