WASHING BOARD
CH1980.420
Glass wash board in wood surround. Corrugated glass with feathered pattern. On wood at top of board is a swan in a circle, with writing around the swan which is illegible. According to Lasseter's catalogue (see Documentation) glass washboards were used as well as wooden ones.
