'Old Georgian Silver Patch Box'. Mark of W.M. Pitts, London, 1800. Hallmarks: WP/ lion/ crowned leopard's head/ E/ King's head - London, 1800-01, probably W.M. Pitts. Oblong box with double lid hinged in centre, knob at one end.
