Two baluster vases with short handles. Dark blue ground with gilt decoration. Two pictures, in reserves, featuring numerous people in Japanese dress. Most of the characters oppose each other on the pair of vases, but some are in the same attitude. Multi-coloured decoration with raised white blossoms on the trees. Mark on base.
