Two-handled, rose-bowl style trophy of plain style with pierced leaf decoration around rim. Inside base: 'C G & Co/ 2299/ EPNS'.
Engraved: 'THE WEST AUSTRALIAN SOCCER FOOTBALL ASSOC. / THE CARIS CHALLENGE CUP/ To be competed for by the 2nd Leage/ A.S. CARIS' and with the names of the winning teams from 1924 to 1933.

The cup winners by year, inscribed, are;
1924 H.F.I., 1925 North Cottesloe, 1926 Perth City Rangers, 1927 Fremantle Rangers, 1928 H.F.I., 1929 Claremont-North Cottesloe, 1930 Fremantle Rangers, 1931 Midland Wanderers, 1932 Electricty & Gas Department, 1933 Fremantle Rangers.
