VALENCE, Cut Work Applique

White. Cut work in cotton, applique on net with fine chain stitch. Design of individual flowers and flowers sprays. Edges in buttonhole stitch. Along bottom edge, net has been filled with needlework stitches to simulate lace stitches. Appears handworked. Possibly used as a stole.
