3 Medals on connecting bar, L-R:
a. Khedive's Bronze Star, 1882, presented to all officers and men of the British Army and Navy who received the British War Medal for the Egyptian campaign. Star suspended from bar with star and crescent.
Rev: "CROWN/KHEDIVE'S MONOGRAM". Ribbon plain blue.
b. British Navy Long Service and Good Conduct Medal.
Obv: Queen's head and "VICTORIA REGINA". Rev: Ship with: "FOR LONG SERVICE AND GOOD CONDUCT". On edge:: "C.E. FRANCIS GR'S MTE H.M.S. MONARCH".
Ribbon: blue with a white stripe at each edge.
c. Egyptian Medal 1882.
Obv: Queen's head and "VICTORIA REGINA ET IMPERATRIX".
Rev: "EGYPT/(sphinx on pedestal)/1882" with bar: "ALEXANDRIA 11th JULY".
Issued to those present at the bombardment of Alexandria. Blue ribbon with two white stripes.
