Black crepe. A 1940s style top with padded shoulders has been added directly over the original top. Original top "V" neck, sleeveless and backless. Skirt long and close fitting, slightly wider at bottom. Cut in diagonal panels heavily weighted in alternating layers of plain tassles and tassles threaded with glass beads.
