Flowered velvet, navy-blue ground pink and red flowers. 'V' neck - laced with red cord., long sleeves. Side fastening with hooks and eyes. Belt of same material. Shoulders padded. N. Teede & Neil Hunsley thought style was 1930's but material probably older.
