"SACKER'S \ HYGIENIC COMB \ MADE IN ENGLAND PAT No 186046-21". Inside drawing of comb. Instructions: Obverse headed "THE ONLY SURE REMEDY". Reverse headed: "SACKER'S HYGIENIC COMBS" with picture of John Sacker, Inventor.
