UPRIGHT FAN
H1992.143
Normal upright cooling fan, as found in many commercial uses. No brand name remains on object. These fans were used in various locations around the factory to assist cooling of employees in `hot spots' and to quicken the cooling of products in the packing process. As the biscuits, etc. moved from the ovens through the sorting machines they were cooled by the fans to assist and speed the subsequent wrapping and packaging process. Used in Arnott, Mills & Ware factory. See H92/0149 for factory history.
