a-b. Two green cardboard stencil holders with metal file hangers and, on top, a clear plastic file name holder. At the head of the holder a black arrow has been printed with "FLEET FILE" and further on, "STENCIL HOLDER" and "WHEN RE-ORDERING SPECIFY / P.S.R. STENCIL HOLDER". There is a silver coloured metal clip for attaching stencils. c. Folder in dark blue and white with a pattern on the front down one side of crowns and stylised feathers. On the other side, "RONEO VICKERS / CLEANTYPE / KIT / AN AID TO PERFECT / STENCIL TYPING". Within a boxed area there is a crown with "RONEO VICKERS" and below, "A DIVISION OF VICKERS SALES PTY. LTD. (INC. IN VICTORIA)". Among a listing of capital cities and telephone numbers is "PERTH 361 8744". Inside the cover there is a listing of original contents: 10 contact film sheets and 5 impression sheets "DESIGNED TO COVER THE / TYPING OF 100 RONEO STENCILS. THE CONTACT SHEET / SHOULD BE CHANGED AFTER TYPING 10 STENCILS AND / THE IMPRESSION SHEETS AFTER EVERY 20". Illustrated instructions for use follow. d. The reverse is printed "FOR CORRECT USE / 1) REMOVE BACKING SHEET AT PERFORATION. / 2) ENSURE TYPEWRITER KEYS ARE CLEAN. / 3) PLACE STENCIL HEAD UNDER HEAD OF CONTACT SHEET. / 4) ROLL STENCIL HEAD AND CONTACT SHEET EVENLY THROUGH TYPEWRITER TO AVOID CREASING. / 5) TYPE EVENLY". At the head of the sheet, "RONEO VICKERS / CONTACT SHEET / SEE REVERSE SIDE FOR INSTRUCTIONS". This contact sheet was found in c. e-g. Three heavy transparent plastic sheets, possibly impression sheets (however they have no cut-away corner per the instructions on c). Sheets were found in folder c. h-m. Six Duplicating Stencil Film Sheets comprising a paper backing sheet, perforated for tearing near the top, and a clear thin, transparent plastic sheet on front. The two are bound by a header reading "MORTYPE", with "R" (in small type within a circle) / "DUPLICATING STENCIL FILM SHEET". There is a design using triangles overlaid with "MORGAN" and beneath, "MADE IN AUSTRALIA". On each reverse sheet "10702". These sheets are similar to d. and were found in folder c. n-q. Four heavy transparent plastic sheets, possibly impression sheets (however, like e-g they have no cut-away corner), interleaved with tissue-type paper. Found in folder c. r-u. Coarse, blank single sheets of paper with two rectangular holes at the top which correspond to stencils, each with smudged reversed outlines from a printed master copy. v. Doubled paper, similar to r-u, probably used in an office work or copier operation course. Enclosed is a carbon sheet with "GESTETNER / FAXIL 300" repeated three times; the doubled inner page facing the carbon has the creased carbon paper imprint on it. The front page is printed: "4 / STEP 10: / CHECK THE FOLD IS CORRECT / STEP 11: / DO THE REST OF THE FOLDS IN THIS MANNER. DON'T FOLD THE LAST FOLD". A figure resembling the outline of two stairs follows then, "DO NOT BEND THIS LAST FOLD / IT WILL BE DONE DURING ASSEMBLY OF THE BODY ON THE FRAME / STEP 12: / HAVE INSTRUCTOR CHECK YOUR WORK AND MARK IT".
