H1988.230
Sixteen food labels, two on toothpicks (tomato & potted meat). Each comprises a square of brown waxed paper with a black ink border with a picture of the appropriate food and the name of it handwritten in black pen across the top. Some of the drawings have been lightly coloured. Foods are chicken, celery, salmon, ham, cucumber brawn (x2), cress and egg, egg, tongue, fish, lobster, crab, beef. All are held in a torn envelope also of waxed paper.
