Poster, white glossy paper, orange and green printing. Zig-zag decorative border. "City Celebrations". Dates of activities Friday 21st, Sat 22nd and Sun 23rd April. Large green circular emblem: "CITY OF KALGOORLIE / BOULDER". Showing head frame, the Southern Cross, a pipeline and a ram. Used to publicise the proclamation of the joining of Kalgoorlie and Boulder. Posters were posted throughout the two towns.
