Oblong ivory, leather-look booklet with cardboard cover 'Anthony Squires' written and enclosed in a rectangle, in cursive script in burgundy. "ISSUED, AUGUST, 1957 printed on the bottom left hand side and 'SIZE CHARTS' on the right hand side. The inside contains 14 cardboard pages which provide the retailer with size guidance for the customer. The page 2, 'R.T.W. SIZE SELECTION CHART' gives guidance of size selection from the point of view of various girths and heights for men with a 'SLIM/STANDARD/PORTLY/STOUT' figure. The remaining pages comprise the measurements for these differing figures. The back cover states that the booklet remains the property of Anthony Squires. The book is tagged for easy reference and is secured with two metal paper wing clips
