Small thin rectangular grey cardboard booklet with 8 pages, bound with 2 metal staples. Border of intertwined lines printed on front cover in black, inside which is printed 'AUSTRALIAN WOMEN'S/CRICKET COUNCIL' at the top. In the centre of the cover is printed 'CONSTITUTION/AND/RULES'. Inside pages and inside of back cover printed with constitution and rules. Printed by Frankel Harris, Printer, 175 George St, Sydney. 2 pieces of sticky tape are attached to left edge of front cover. Top of back cover has a torn section of yellowed paper stuck to it where it has been stuck down.
