Black A4 size book, bound on short edge. 'The Sorry Book' printed in black on red rectangle, placed in centre of front cover. Front and back page of book, internal pages blank white. Various messages written throughout book. Black ribbon marked attached at internal spine. Inside of back cover has a circular white sticker at top with 'BOOK/G' written in black felt pen. Black rectangular sticker at base of back cover (inside); 'life editions/ AUSTRALIA/ 15 High Street, Fremantle, WA 6160/ Ph: (08) 9430 6445' in gold.
