Metal printing plate, with appearance of brass/copper - red in colour. Plate glued to wooden block. Badge design features a circle with jagged edges and two small ribbon ends extending from the boundary of the circle. Badge bears the words 'LOCAL GOVERNMENT/ MUNICIPAL/ BUILDING/ SURVEYORS/ QUALIFICATIONS COMMITTEE'.
