WHEEL POLISHER
H1995.591
Wheel polisher has a plate with varying sized domes numbered one to six, and a pointed metal tube that fits through the clock wheel and into the dome, for polishing. The whole apparatus is set on a base which can be fit into a bench clamp/ vice.
