GLASS FITTING CLAMP

Glass fitting clamp, probably for watch glass face. The clamp has a spring loaded device that would push the glass into place. The clamp is set on a black stand with three screws provided to screw into a bench top. On the stand there is a badge that reads 'WUMRA/ RATHENOW/ 388? 203'.
