A cream cardboard sleeve, with cream paper inside, held together with one staple and green string threaded through two holes. The menu is a souvenir menu. Text on the cover reads 'SOUVENIR/ Programme/ PARTY: GIVEN: BY/ Mr. N.V. Mills/ to Employees of / Mills & Ware Ltd/ Caledonian Hall, / Fremantle/ August Ninth/ 1929/ LAMB PRINT'. Text on outside of menu written in green ink and red ink trim. Text on inside of menu brown ink and red trim. When the menu is opened a poem entitled 'The Charge of the Biskit (SIC) Boys' is on the left, followed by the menu, comically written on the opposite page. The following two pages are to 'Mr.NelsonV.Mills' and 'to Miss Alma Dawson' with poems, comically written attached. The final page lists the 'PROGRAMME' of events, again comically written.
