T-shirt colour is white with a printed picture in yellow, red, black, blue and white printed on it. Text above the picture reads 'WITHOUT AN AWARD YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN.' The picture shows an industrial site in the background with a persons head below it tilted backwards with text reading 'ORGANISE'. Below the head are two hands, shaking. Each hand has a sleave piece showing with a cufflink in it. The cufflinks are in the shape of the sign for female and the other is the sign for male.
