Inscriptions: Signed not dated. "E.J. Miller" in pencil at lower right corner. Signed and titled on mount: "Ship Strathmoor", lower left, "E.J. Miller" at lower right in pencil. Subject Matter: Three-masted, fully rigged sailing ship. Other: From style and signature probably post 1920s when Miller changed initials from J.E.M. to E.J.M.
