Page 222 lists Mary Mulder, 191 Collin Street Kalgoorlie. Registered on 27 June 1911, in practise at June 1909. Uniform similar to "Margaret O'Brien - 1895" Page 18 and Sisters of the People C1890 (P19) of Hobbs.
