(Presented by the ship's captain to Mr Ivan Bird of 2 Jamison Street, Swanbourne (Formerly Lt/Cmdr Rank, who served his sea days, apprentice, with the above Co) The company was associated with WA early history. Navy background, with yellow circle in centre of vertical / horizontal cross. Black swan on yellow circle.
