Keystone bricks from old soak well discovered when S.E.C. clearing adjacent block i.e. 363, Wellington Street. Perhaps from a private residence, as no evidence in Wise's Trade Directory of any commercial development before 1900. First tenant of the site was a Clothier & then "Sandovers" Iron & Steel Warehouse from 1909 ca onwards.
