'HAWKEYE WRENCH Co/ MARSHALLTOWN IA', 'THE HAWKEYE/MADE IN USA'. Double ended wrench for gripping rounds, fairly short with 3 central holes with screw thread. This crocodile or bulldog style wrench was an attempt to dispense with moving parts. See R.A. Salaman 'Dictionary of Tools' pp. 531-2.
