Australian made cylindrical cast iron pillar box with cap, hinged door and posting slot to front. Painted red with black painted circular base. Royal cypher of Edward VII embossed to front; 'E [crown] R' \ [swan]'. Makers mark embossed to front; 'J & E.LEDGER/ MAKERS/ PERTH.WA'.
