Black and gold enamelled circular metal badge, surmounted with crown, features stylized swan motif. Vertical metal pin clasp to back. Between the circular section and the crown is a black banner with gold lettering 'R.W.A.H.S.' for Royal Western Australian Historical Society. Reverse has 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH' on either side of the pin.
