VICTORIA. WESTERN AUSTRALIA. ASSEMBLED AT ADELAIDE. Jubilee Exhibition Building, north Terrace ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 10, 1911", printed in blue. Something handwritten in pencil along bottom LH edge.
