Green triangular felt pennant with 'BRITISH EMPIRE/ GAMES/ SYDNEY/ [Australian coat-of-arms]/ 1938' to top and coat-of arms of the following countries; Canada, England, Scotland, South Africa, Wales, New Zealand, Rhodesia, British Guiana, Bermuda, Ceylon, Trinidad, Northern Ireland, and India. Framed in triangular shaped wood frame with clear glass front and paper backing with cord hanging device.
