Metal cue cutter with silver coating. Hollow pipe with lever along side, attached to a blade on top. "BARROWS' PATENT/ CUE CUTTER BO 11889-11/SOLE LICENSEES/BURMAN & SONS LTD. BIRM" stamped into top protector of blade. late 1800's/ early 1900's ?
