Paper/card cover with green foliage design and title on front in Hungarian; ‘NOVENY-GYUJTO/ (HERBARIUM) /ELOIRAS SZERINT BERENDEZUE’ and handwritten in pencil 'Contact/Maria/Zappavigna/3305418'. Front and back cover joined with navy cord. Inside, 4-flap pink paper/card folder with ‘DERTAK/MARIA/F.H.V.IB’ stencilled on front in white and tied together with cream cord strap. Contains 27 samples of both hand-stitched and machine-stitched fabric, 6 loose in navy wool? with sewn labels to reverse, 6 loose in blue cotton? with sewn labels to reverse, and 15 white cotton mounted with adhesive on pink paper/card. Card of one white cotton sample reads in Hungarian; 'KEZZEL VARROTT MINTADARABOK' (Hand sewn samples), and other reads; 'GEPPEL VARROTT MINTADARABOK' (Machine sewn samples).
